Following DSDM: clarify first, then build in fixed timeboxes — with you at the table.

  1. Conversation

    Result: a shared picture

    You describe the project, I ask questions. Afterwards we both know whether it is a fit.

  2. Feasibility

    Result: checkpoints and outline plan

    I check the tricky points first — interfaces, data, operations — and propose timeboxes with priorities.

  3. Timeboxes

    Result: working software after every timebox

    The application grows piece by piece in fixed timeboxes. You review in the browser, I keep documentation and tests up to date.

  4. Handover and operations

    Result: operations with a manual

    Delivery to your server or the cloud, with instructions, tests and a path for updates.
