Task

Monitor statutory inspection duties of properties, control maintenance and repairs and provide the evidence when the inspection comes — without Excel lists and slips of paper.

Approach

Inventory with QR stickers, inspection templates with legal basis and interval, reports by QR code without an account. Tenants are strictly separated, every feature is built for five roles.

Result

Fristo runs as SaaS with a subscription, print-ready evidence per building and full export.
