Task

Anyone working in a service desk and in sprints jumps between many tools. PeDa bundles daily steering so that the working day starts with one glance and ends with a report.

Approach

Connection to the existing service desk and sprint tools via REST, a morning briefing and an evening review, working time with a monthly report as PDF and Excel. AI helps to sort the inbox — personal data is anonymised beforehand.

Result

A web app with passwordless sign-in, real-time notifications and native apps for iOS and Android.
