Accessibility statement
How accessible nguyen-development.ch is, how this was tested and how to report a barrier.

Goal
This website should be usable by everyone — including with a screen reader, the keyboard, magnification or impaired vision. The benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement is voluntary; as a private company, Nguyen Development is not obliged to publish it.
Compliance status
According to the current state of testing, the website largely meets the requirements of WCAG 2.2 level AA. The known limitations are listed below.
What the website does
Colours with calculated contrast: text at least 4.5:1, borders of input fields and the focus at least 3:1.
A “Skip to content” link, clear regions for header, navigation, content and footer, and exactly one main heading per page.
Everything can be operated with the keyboard, with a visible focus; the menu on phones and the language switch also work without a script.
Images have alt text. The screenshot carousel does not play by itself, has labelled buttons and can be operated with the arrow keys.
Forms have visible labels, marked required fields and error messages next to the field; spam protection works without puzzles.
Pages fit a width of 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling — equivalent to 400 per cent zoom.
If you have set reduced motion in your system, you see no transitions.
Fonts, scripts and content do not come from third-party servers.
How it was tested
Self-assessment by Nguyen Development on 28 October 2026: automatically with axe-core 4.14 on 25 pages in all four languages, each on desktop and phone, also with the cookie notice open, the menu open and the carousel advanced; in addition, keyboard operation (skip link, carousel) and display at 320 pixels width — with no findings. The contrasts are calculated from the brand colours and checked with every change to the theme.
Known limitations
The screenshots of the references show interfaces of other applications as images. Their content is summarised in the alt text; individual values in the image are not available as text, and some details are blurred to protect data.
The legal texts in English, French and Italian are translations; the German version is authoritative.
A test with screen readers by people who use them every day is still pending.
