Task

External companies work in many buildings. Who may work where and when, and who holds which key, must be traceable without gaps — for facility management, service centres and the companies themselves.

Approach

Online pre-registration with an approval workflow, company accounts for external businesses, checks at the counter by QR code and a digital key list with electronic signature. Built-in test management with scripts accompanies every delivery.

Result

An end-to-end digital process with monitored return, history and reports.
